Ted Turner and Other Losers
I was encouraged to read the news story that Ted Turner’s United Nations Foundation is joining efforts with the United Methodist Church and Lutheran World Relief to raise $200 million to fight malaria.
You may recall a few years ago that Mr. Turner stated that Christianity was a religion for losers, which I don’t disagree with. If we accept Christ we lose ourselves daily so that HE lives in us and I guess that makes us losers.
